Description

“Spice” Fennel Seed is procured from selected crops in the country and processed to bring out a flavor that enhances meat curries and vegetable curries. It also has medicinal values, but should be used conservatively due to its spicy nature. Fennel is an ancient spice which can be used in soups and stews as well and has a licorice flavor and is a crunchy spice.
