Popularly known as the “Queen of Spices”, “Spice” cardamoms are widely used in flavouring savoury and sweet dishes. The whole or ground cardamom adds a characteristic taste to meat and vegetable curries. Cardamoms can be used in cakes to give that subtle taste.
